The Master of Wine Fong Yee Walker visits Wine Channel’s Enoteca Italia area at Interwine in Guangzhou dedicated to tasting Italian wines.
Having attended Interwine in Guangzhou to lead a Masterclass dedicated to Italy, she could not resist passing in front of Enoteca Italia , to the point of deciding to postpone the plane home. Walker paused with our staff to taste some of the Italian wines in the area and said she was surprised to see such an exposure and happy with the growth that Italian wines are experiencing in China. Someone heard her say as she was leaving: “I can’t taste anything now, I want to continue to feel the wonderful freshness of this Italian white wine in my mouth”.
