Sensory notes

Colour: a bright straw yellow with beautiful golden reflections and a good consistency.
Nose: intense floral and fruity notes of acacia, citrus, pear.
Taste: dry and in tune with the aromas, intense, elegant and with a marked note of freshness, excellently balanced by a warmth and a delicate roundness that smoothen the edges. A good body that opens up to a long, mineral finish.

Harvest

Born in a beautiful area with a vocation for viticulture, at an ideal altitude to ensure an extraordinary temperature range and with a magnificent exposure, from a very old vine grown with Guyot system.

A Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC, obtained from hand picked grapes only harvested in the first ten days of September, from a certified biodynamic agriculture that guarantees maximum respect for the surrounding environment.

Vinification

Vinification is carried out exclusively in thermo-conditioned steel vats, followed by 6 months’ refinement, also in steel, and then bottling in the total absence of oxygen.

How to pair our Trebbiano d’Abruzzo wine:
A wine to be served cold, with aperitifs, starters, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.

Think of sea bream with saffron, ravioli with ricotta and spinach, omelette with mushrooms and mozzarella, duck with orange or crepes filled with cheese.
