This magnificent Cerasuolo comes from an over thirty-year-old Montepulciano d’Abruzzo vineyard located in the area of Martinsicuro in the province of Teramo.
The cerasuolo d’Abruzzo 4 20 from Torri Cantine is blessed by an extraordinary microclimate, at 290 meters above sea level with a curtain training system, generously exposed to south-south/east and rigorously cultivated with organic techniques.
It is the result of an October harvest and of a vinification made in temperature-controlled steel vats which after a short period of maceration on the skins matures 4 months in concrete tanks to be subsequently bottled in the total absence of oxygen.

Colour: a beautiful intense cherry rose characterized by an intriguing luminosity
Smell: the nose recalls ripe cherries but also hints of raspberry, currant, cloves
Taste: the taste is decidedly fresh – dry – and well balanced by the perfect harmony between softness and savoriness, the juicy red berry fruits are supported by a delicate but ambitious blackberry which honors us with a very long finish

At a temperature of 8-10°, we can appreciate it both with an aperitif and a baked sea bass or with a nice “carbonara” but also with a semi-aged cheese.
